James R. Lostracco Jr.

James LoStracco Jr. grew up in Nacogdoches County, Texas and attended Stephen F. Austin State University. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin, he attended Texas Tech School of Law on an academic scholarship. After graduating from Texas Tech School of Law, Jim returned home to Nacogdoches and began practicing law in November 1994. He joined the firm of Adams, Belanger and Atherton, P.C. in 1996 and was made a partner in 1998, when the firm name was changed to Adams, Belanger, Atherton and LoStracco, P.C. James began practicing at LoStracco Law Firm, PLLC in 2016. There, he focuses on Family Law and Civil Litigation, Wills and Probate. James has been active in several organizations and boards during his career, including the Nacogdoches Jaycees, The Nacogdoches County Championship Rodeo, and CASA. James views LoStracco Law Firm, PLLC as a team, where he and our staff work together to provide our clients the highest quality service possible. We see our clients as human beings and want to make a difference in their lives.
